Nani Marquina Rugs

The Spiral and Dolce rugs propose new ways of making a rug different from the traditional ones. The Spiral carpet is not woven; the wool fibres, worked like dreadlocks, are sewn together in a poor linen fabric. The Dolce carpet is made of felt circles sewn together and then woven into a warp. The rugs are produced by Indian craftsmen.
