Please read carefully our Terms and Conditions before buying any item from our site.
These general sales conditions apply to all trading relationships between Questions, Utopias, Emergencies, S.L. (hereinafter referred to as “NUMBERED”) and you, the client, and shall come into effect from the moment you accept and agree to these conditions by buying through our website at https://www.martinazua.com.

TERM OF SALE
The item(s) shall be bought exclusively through the website at https://www.martinazua.com by following all required steps involved in placing an order and by filling out all mandatory fields.
Once the order has been placed, it will be automatically acknowledged by an email confirming the purchase, and will include the following information: order reference number, client details, invoice details, delivery / reception mode, payment mode, price display and order summary. Please, make sure to check all the order details as you will be responsible for any additional charge that may result from changes in the order.
Prices and Payment Conditions
All prices for the products and services in NUMBERED are specified clearly on the website and are shown in your order confirmation. All prices include VAT. You will receive your order invoice at the moment the order is delivered to you. Please make sure to keep it safe in the event of future claims.
NUMBERED only accepts advanced payment of purchases through Paypal or bank transfer.
Credit card / Paypal: The client will be directed to PAYPAL’s website. You only need to register your details. Once this is done you can make the payment instantly, in a safe and fast way. PayPal is the safer, faster and smarter way to buy. When the payment is sent, Paypal charges the credit card of the buyer the agreed amount and sends at the same time, when the transaction is authorized, the money to the seller. If you have selected to pay by bank transfer, when you have placed your order you will receive an email confirming your purchase, including the bank details for the transfer. Orders will be automatically cancelled if the payment is not received within 10 calendar days starting from the date the order is placed. Please include your Order Number when filling out the bank transfer form.
We reserve the right to change prices displayed for products on our website at any time.
If you have selected courier delivery, estimated delivery time frame will be indicated on the website during the purchase process, the effectiveness will start once purchase order item confirmed.
If the items in your Shopping Basket have different delivery dates, all items will be grouped and delivered together as soon as they are ready to be dispatched.
If you wish to receive each item separately, you must place separate orders for each of them.
Delivery dates may be delayed due to reasons beyond our control. In this event, NUMBERED will send you an email to notify and keep you informed about this delay. However, whilst every effort will be made to achieve the stated delivery date, any delay shall not give rise to the right to claim compensation or damages.
NUMBERED makes the delivery of your order easier by offering the services of post office or UPS and DHL courier delivery. The costs of these shipments will be free for the countries of the European community. For deliveries to countries not included in the list provided, please contact NUMBERED at email@example.com We will inform you on the possibility of shipping your order and on all delivery options and costs.
Once NUMBERED has handed over your order to UPS couriers for delivery, you will receive an email notifying that the delivery process has begun, along with a Tracking Number that will allow you to track and get information on your delivery status through the company’s website at (www.ups.com)
Deliveries will always be made to the address you specified as Delivery Address during the order process. NUMBERED will not be held liable for any failure to deliver due to incorrect or incomplete delivery address details, after unsuccessful delivery attempts by the courier company. In the case of wrong delivery address, delivery will have an additional charge of 5 €/delivery, which will be invoiced by bank transfer following UPS stated additional costs. Finally, in the case the order cannot be delivered, delivery costs, plus a 4.75 € fee will be charged by bank transfer. In the event of custom sale taxes or any other fees arising at the delivery destination, it is full responsibility of the client to ensure payment of these fees. Failure to meet these fees will result in an additional 9.35 €, in addition to delivery costs and other applicable charges.
Please open all goods in front of the courier upon delivery to ensure that there are no visible signs of damaged, missing or incorrect pieces. In the event of any damage or missing items, write them down in the delivery receipt before signing. You have 24h to notify these damages to NUMBERED, who will proceed with the relevant procedures. Once this time limit has been exceeded, NUMBERED will not be held responsible for any damages.
Returns and Changes
If you wish to return all or some of the items you purchased online, you must notify your decision to NUMBERED within 7 working days by emailing . For any return which is not due to a damage or mistake on behalf of NUMBERED, all courier costs will be charged to the client, as well as all administration costs which represent 10% approx. of sales value. The products returned must be undamaged, unassembled and unused, and must be returned in their original packaging and with the original labels. We recommend you guarantee safe delivery, as NUMBERED will not be liable for damaged or lost deliveries. Provided the products are returned to NUMBERED undamaged, we will refund the price paid for the product, following the original payment procedure and deducting applicable expenses.
The size and colors of all NUMBERED items are estimated. For specific cases, verify the information with our technical department at firstname.lastname@example.org . Return costs due to this or similar causes will be met by the client.
All NUMBERED products carry a 2-YEAR limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. In the event of a defective product, NUMBERED will proceed, as appropriate, to repair or replace the product, with no charge to the client. .
INTELECTUAL AND INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY
Martin Azúa / Numbered is a registered trademark and all designs, products and information contained in https://www.martinazua.com website are protected and subject to the national and international rights of Intellectual and Industrial Property.
GOVERNIG LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Spanish Law and any dispute arising of or in connection with the interpretation, implementation or enforcement of the same will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Barcelona, Spain. By accepting the terms and conditions set out in this legal notice, the client submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of these Courts.
All the information requested on our website will be exclusively used for the selling/delivery process of the products you have purchased and – only if you have given your consent – to send information we think you might find valuable. NUMBERED will not collect any information from you unless you voluntarily choose to provide us with it, in strict compliance with applicable laws on data protection (Organic Law 15/1.999, 13th December on Protection ofPersonal Data).
NUMBERED is committed to protecting and respecting your privacy and the confidentiality of the personal data you have provided through our website. We recognize our responsibility for protecting the privacy of your personal information and to take all reasonable steps to protect your information from misuse, loss, unauthorized access, modification and disclosure.
